Jacob's Rescue- Malka Drucker and Michael Halperin

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."- Edmund Burke
This was a quote that was used to describe World War II. The book, Jacob's Rescue by Malka Drucker and Michael Halperin, is about one of the men and his wife that did do something. Alex and Mela Roslan hid three Jewish boys in their home for four years. During the war, the punishment for hiding Jews was death, but these two courageous people risked their lives to save others. I would recomend this book because it teaches courage. I would also give this book 5 out of 5 stars.
